CRUEL

Cruel is an open series of narrative elements that can only be completed with the viewer's gaze. Moving bodies that require deciphering, a new game between Chance and Necessity. Ordinary stories, of those that are repeated in people's daily lives, ties that tie and untie. Stories that are almost always cruel.

In a collective construction, which lasted about a year and a half, new elements were incorporated into the work - such as a text by Fausto Fawcett and a story written by Fernando Muniz. “All collaborations ended up serving as ammunition in this creative process, being absorbed through dance and creating a seam in the situations that present themselves”, says Deborah. “But what you will see is not a soap opera, it is not a theater. It's dance ”, points out the choreographer.
