RETURNS OR REFUND
STORE PRODUCTS
The deadline for giving up the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt. The product must be shipped in the original packaging, without signs of use and accompanied by the Invoice.
The return request must be communicated to the service sector via email je.adm@ciadeborahcolker.com.br .
SERVICES (COURSES or WORKSHOPS)
If the chosen method of payment is bank slip and payment is not made on time, the order is automatically cancelled. The same happens with internet payments if, due to a system failure, you are unable to access internet banking. Orders whose payment has been approved can be canceled via email. je.adm@ciadeborahcolker.com.br within 7 (seven) days before the start of the course.
REIMBURSEMENT
It will occur in the same form of payment chosen in the purchase process: in credit card purchases, the card company will be notified and the chargeback will occur on the next or subsequent invoice, all at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase . The reimbursement term depends on the card company. in purchases paid with bank slip or PIX, the refund will be made through the financial system, within 10 (ten) business days.
IMPORTANT
We do not return requests sent after the course or workshop has been completed. In the case of movie rentals, we do not return the return after 2 (two) hours from the start of the rental.
DELIVERY POLICIES
STORE PRODUCTS
The delivery estimate takes into account the products purchased, their quantities, available stock and the distance between our distribution center and the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery period will be counted from the date of approval of the order, which can be from 3 (three) days to 5 (five) business days for payments by credit card. The delivery period informed to the customer will be the period determined by the contracted transport company, Correios.
SERVICES (COURSES or WORKSHOPS)
In the case of digital products such as video rental, access is granted once payment is confirmed and will be available for 72 hours. For services such as COURSES and WORKSHOPS, registration confirmation is made via email after payment confirmation.
